Emily joined RAA In November 2020 as General Manager Government and Public Policy after seven years with BHP, leading media relations in Melbourne and corporate affairs for Olympic Dam. She is proud to join this fantastic team and trusted organisation and play a role in the future of this iconic South Australian brand. 

Before joining the resources industry, she spent 10 years with General Motors including as Director of Communications for Holden; Director of Communications for GM Powertrain Europe, based in Turin, Italy; and PR Manager for Premium Brands group in Australia, including Saab, HUMMER and Cadillac. 

Early in her career, she held media relations roles with Telstra and the University of Melbourne. 

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of SA and a post-graduate Diploma in Management from Melbourne Business School.
